I just looked for Red's post on Trapper's forum and didn't see it.

If my dog had cancer, I'd start with that, figure it was right for a human weighing say 150 pounds and then divide to find the equivalent dose for my dog.

So take Trapper's protocol & divide by 15 for a 10 pound dog.

That would be 6.5 mg to start.

I'd increase the dose over time.
