what about protection from the tobacco companies for all people, including smokers? its the chemicals that are the problem, not the tobacco. smokers are seen as second class citizens not deserving of any protection from the people who addicted them.

btw, prima face evidence is no evidence at all. who gives a damn what they believe? that does not make it the truth. fact is that a community that bans smoking is already thinking it is dangerous which would add to the stress of being around smoke.

also btw, i think banning smoking indoors is always a good idea but for other reasons. but people who freak out at a single whiff of the distinctive odor of cigs are just that - freaks.
