Re: Juicing and clearing acne...is this possible???

Hi, welcome to curezone! You are going to love it here! juicing is great for so many things including acne, but like kittywinters mentioned usually you probably have one of more reasons you will need to address first or in combination with juicing. I too wondered if my Acne would ever clear up or if I was doomed to be plaqued with it in my adult life. I am 27. I actually love my skin now and while yes I still get some pimples here and there, they are not nearly as bad or bothersome as before. My skin did not clear up until I did a bowel cleanse. That is the main thing I attribute to my clear skin. I also juice, did a parasite cleanse, 5 liver fluses, 5 day Lemonade fast, dry skin brushing, rebounding (mini-trampoline jumping) and am now working on clearing out Candida from my body. Chances are you have lots of toxins in your blood and you need to detox. If you are not having 2-3 bowel movements per day you are autointoxicating yourself. Which basically means fecal matter that stays in the colon for a long time (24 hours or longer) is reabsorbed into your body. I would do a Bowel Cleanse and use herbs that specifically cleanse the blood like burdock and red clover. A good basic cleanse to start off with is CleanseSmart. It's a 2 part cleanse, colon and organ detox. This is the one I started out with. After that (1 month) I then moved on to the B&P shakes (Bentonite & Psyllium). I used these for 7 weeks at 2 shakes per day. This really cleared out the gunk! You can read all about the B&P at the Bowel Cleanse Forum . I attached a link for the CleanseSmart below. Take a good look at what you are eating also. You want to nourish your body and drink lots of water. Half your weight in ounces per day! Distilled water is great for cleaning out toxins but some people don't think distilled water is suitable for drinking. Read all you can and use your own judgement. I just started drinking distilled water again and it makes me feel great. If you have any questions about what I did or anything else please ask. I'll try to answer or direct you to the right forum. Good luck.

Nicole
