Sex During Adrenal Fatigue Recovery

As an adrenal fatigue sufferer (probably stage 3), my sex drive was almost non-existent during the past many months. Somehow, I can now feel that it's slowly coming back. Does it affect my recovery if I get into sexual activity, including self-gratification, at this time? Thanks. Tweet
