Well, it all depends on what you read and who you believe. Some say you shouldn't mix them, others say you can. I guess this is something we need to look into better because I have been wondering myself. Just the other day I read that there is no scientific evidence why you can't drink them together. My main juice drink everyday is carrot/celery/green pepper/apple. Sometimes a little piece of ginger if I have some. I guess the best bet is to listen to your body....how do you feel after you drink your juice. I also read that you shouldn't add lemon to veggie juices.....hmmm. It just goes so well with tomato juice!
