Gita - usually when you make veggie juice, carrot would be the main thing in there (around 75% of the drink). Since you can't have carrot, replace it with 1/8th head of cabbage and 2-3 stalks of celery. Then add to that the other thing you want to juice. So instead of cabbage+broccoli, it would be 1/8th head of cabbage + 2-3 stalks Celery + broccoli. Be careful with onion, just a tiny amount.
