It's odd, this has a lot of aspects of an out of body experience--the buzzing, seeing a planet, and a light, and a big white being (angel maybe, but then although you can have that paralysis when you come back into your body, I haven't heard of it during the experience. Or the metal detector thing. Interesting. You may want to repost it on the NDE forum and see what they think. Are you afraid during and after it? Of course you can be visiting aliens in an OBE but that should be up to you. Some people think that aliens will emulate angels.
