Thanks for the link, Banshee. I like the fact that the brand of selenium you bought doesn't contain yeast. While researching all of this, I read that selenium should be taken with Vitamin E. Any thoughts on this? I usually buy Nature's Sunshine products. They don't sell selenium by itself...only with Vitamin E. I think Nature's Sunshine products are one of the best out there. Their prices are reasonable, but the Vitamin E with selenium is a bit expensive. I believe it was around $47 for 200 capsules. Tweet
