Not sure what brand of Selenium to buy.

I recently started taking Lugol's Iodine. I'm currently using only small doses, because I don't have any selenium supplements. I've researched various organic brands, but I'm still not sure which one is best. What do you guys recommend? I've suffered from a multitude of symptoms for over a year. I've gone the natural route the entire time, but I've not seen many improvements. I am hoping and praying that the Iodine will bring me the relief I so desperately need.
