I agree that it depends on the individual. If you are suffering from a severe candida overgrowth, as I am, then any type of fruits are going to feed it and make it worse. It sucks because yes fruits are very healthy and have things that we need but unfortunately I have to go without it for now. If you do okay on fruits, the best way to eat them is by themselves or combined with only raw vegetables. If you eat fruits along with heavy proteins or carbohydrates, it will be digested much more slowly and will be feeding the candida more than if you just eat them by themselves.
