it really depends if you can stomach it. some people have candida so severe that they cannot tolerate fruit sugar, usually it lessens up so that you can reintroduce them (because fruits have good things you need). your body is allergic because it's over loaded. once you lessen the load, you can have better digestion especially of fruit sugars. right now your body is unable to break it down, so that's why you feel so weird after eating sugar. you just have to listen to your body. if you eat fruits and you feel like you are drifting off into space or you find yourself having trouble concentrating on a task, then maybe you shouldnt have them.
