Paul.....Boy, you're in a hurry, aren't you? Take it easy. Your first fast ever may not be the time to attempt the complete fast. That should come after some time when you've been on a cleansing diet. You've gotten a great start, but it may take some time. Stop and eat for a while. Then maybe take a few days Water Fast and then eat, and then take a longer water fast, etc.....Then do your complete fast after some time has gone by. You must stay pretty busy shopping and preparing vegetables and juicing! All that is not really necessary. A Water Fast is faster! But a Water Fast will be easier on you after you've had time to cleanse. You'll cleanse rapidly, now, on fruits and raw vegetables. I think whole fruits would be a good fast breaker in your case. Pineapple, papaya, oranges, melons, etc... Take it easy. What's your rush. You need to work on your day-to-day habits, too. Fasting is wonderful. I envy you.
