Re: meat and digestion

Like Mark said...eliminate or greatly reduce the bread. Water + flour = old recipe for wall paper paste! Whole grains are okay in small quantites provided you're not battling candida. See what Dr. Mercola has to say about grains at mercola.com.

Do thorough colon cleanse. Address candida and/or parasites. Eliminate any food to which you are allergic. Do series of liver flushes. Use digestive enzymes. Take probiotics. Use liquid minerals that include trace minerals. Get regular exercise...the bowel is part muscle and the better fit you are in general, the better the colon will function. Dry skin brush regularly to keep lymph clean and flowing. Learn to manage stress and emotions...even if you do everything else right, stress can undermine digestive function like nothing else! Eat a healthy Diet that is appropriate for you...check out The Metabolic Typing Diet when you visit Mercola's site.

That should get and keep you on track! ; )
