meat and digestion

Can you tell me how long it takes to digest meat?
I never eat much meat ,would you mind sharing your opion about it? Can it make a person constipated?

What would be better for you ,to eat most of your veggies cooked or raw? If you cook them, you get them more concentrated.

How many carbs should a person eat in a day?
