Re: Can Molasses help?

It would make sense that it would help.

I have tons of herbs that are just sitting there staring at me and I don't know what to do with them. Very seldom do I ever feel a need for some special herb as long as I do the drinks. Was kinda wondering if using a large tea strainer and using the herbs in a bath would be of any benefit. I hate wasting anything and some may be getting too old to ingest anymore. Of course the quality of the herbs is something we all have to question. We just don't know if they are good or not.

I love to use BSM every chance I can. My husband was watching me make my drink one day and took a whiff of the BSM and mentioned that it smelled good to him. Hmmm, wonder if that is a sign he might be needing some....in my mind, it's a big yes. Well, one day...one day, perhaps he will want to do the BSM or the drinks. I'm not pushing but very much hoping.

I add BSM to my oatmeal, herbal coffee, sweet potatoes, beans and such. Makes a big difference to me.
