Go to the plant nursery and look in the cactus/succulent section for any euphorbia (Crown of Thorn's, obessa, Indian corn cob, medusa, etc.). All will exude a caustic latex when pricked. Apply this latex to the mole and leave on. In a few days apply it again, and keep repeating this until gone. The latex of euphorbias is only mildly caustic. Poinsettias are also euphorbias.

You can also burn them off with food grade (35% peroxide), but this is more painful. Just scrape the mole open a little with a pin and apply the peroxide with a cotton swab.
