Re: how old are you?

Hi,
First off sorry to be such a whinner.
I was feeling pretty good until started all this stuff.
I did not say I felt healthy.

Okay I tried taking the P&B twice a day two times now but since I feel sore and bloated inside and also my stomach hurts now NOT my gut but my stomach since having the flu over the weekend.I am back to once a day.
I am drinking plenty of water!!!
I had a good BM this morning. I do notice my BM's are kind of stringy softer well just different.

Okay some questions:
1. I thought I had diarrea last night because it squirted when I got up to look it was clear alittle maybe yellow tint and was a BIG glob of mucus. I got a plastic fork it would just act like snot. The water was clear too.
Does anyone know what this was from?

2.Why would my stomach be hurting just feels uncomfortable?
I am on parasite cleanse too could it be the cloves?

3.Is it important for me to get up to 3-5 shakes a day?

4.This morning in my BM I seen the green beans and carrots I had yesterday not alot but everything else was brown stool.Does this mean I am not digesting? or is it like corn comes out like that?
