Bowel contents what does it mean when my stool

I remember not to long ago I read something I think it was by Hulda Clark which stated that if your stool is floating towards the top of the toilet bowel then that means that your not properly digesting your food, for your stool is too light. On the other end of the spectrum if it's "Hitting porcelian" and sinking to the bottom of the toilet bowel you are infact digesting your food properly? Is this an accurate gauge for measuring food digestion?
Thank you,
Excelrye
