The blood was on the outside of the material, just a little glob. No, I've never noticed any blood before and haven't been diagnosed with either Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis, and have never had hemmorhoids except when I was pregnant. Is it possible that I irritated my colon? Maybe I had the water bucket too high and was getting a turbo cleanse???
I ordered some liquid minerals today...thanks for the advice, I still have cramps in my muscles and haven't done a colonic in three days, but didn't have them before doing it. Thanks again for your help!
