Re: Should I be worried??
Well, the actual
colonic was ok I guess, it didn't hurt or anything. It was the woman who was doing it. First, she set me on edge when filling out the health questionaire, almost snapping at me (I was already petrified). She only started being a bit sympathetic when she realised I was about to bolt out the door. I was fascinated by what was going through the veiwing tube, she was not, infact she spent most of the time trying to get me to join some spiritual healing class she was starting. I havent had a
colonic before so I dont know that she was doing anything wrong but dont you discuss what passes through the viewing tube? I was told that the therapist massages your stomach but apart from a quick grope on 2 occassions that was it, I dont know how much she is supposed to massage? I took in all my supplements with me and asked her advice but she just said I probably dont need all of them. She didn't give me any advice at all, infact when I left it was the secretary who told me to drink lots of water etc., This woman came recommended by a health company and I think I will write and ask them about her qualifications.
And yes, I got cramps in the feet and hands, I got up at 5am to take some liquid minerals. Today I can feel the muscles are a little stiff. I was having a cramping problem before which I think was being caused by the Bentonite. It was going away, I was taking minerals and extra calcium/magnesium/zinc. But since the
colonic I know for sure it is Electrolytes problem.
