Some Solutions

It has to start with existing and new grass root organizations and local governments.

1. We need to insist that congress and the President follows the ninth and tenth amendments.

2. We need to ensure that every citizen reads and understands the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

Although it is not necessary, I think people need to understand the term "paradigm" and think from them and use them to see through the bull$&!# out there.

A paradigm is a model.  A "hermeneutic" is the art of interpretation.  Look at the paradigm MDs look at diabetes with.  Then look at diabetes through the paradigm of a nutritional biochemist or a nutritionist.

There is also the conservative paradigm and the liberal paradigm.  It seems to me that most people seldom seem to question their paradigms.

This is still a great country (I hope it stays that way).  You just need to educate yourself to maximize your abilities and all of us have more to learn.
