I'm not sure I understand your question.

All of our problems now are because the Constitution was not / is not enforced.

It is unConstitutional for a private company (the Federal Reserve) to have supreme power over the US president and Congress. Every employee of the government - the president, congress, senators, police, military... takes an oath TO UPHOLD AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES. The government is no longer the servant of "we the people", we are servants of the powers that be (those I mentioned above who have supreme power). We are servants of the owners of the Federal Reserve, aka the Rothschild family empire. We are no longer represented, we no longer have a say, we are slaves, indentured servants, serfs.

Obviously the NWO is unConstitutional. The Constitution was based on freedom, the NWO will be NOT be based on freedom, the Rothschilds and other bankers who got that power from high treason, theft, murder, ad nauseum. It's like putting the mafia in charge of the world "for our protection".

As george bush said about the US Constitution: "it's just a god damn piece of paper".
