Hi Dr. Thanks for the input - I've been unable to find a doctor to support me with hormones or lyme disease. I use progesterone cream that I got my gynocologist to perscribe at my request - is that what you mean by prohormones? If not, could you please explain what that is, and perhaps suggest how I find a good doc?

Also, I'm able to take b-12, b-6 and p5p, but i get bad reactions to the rest of the b vitamins. I tested low on panothenic acid, but I get sick when I take it.

Also, which forms of vitamin C do you recommend?

Lastly, I was just looking at the web and I find that I have symptoms of too much cortisol, but also of not enough. Do you feel the spit cortisol test is a good test? I feel I should get tested, but I don't want to take the test with the injection. I'm so sensitive and allergic that I hate to take anything I don't have to.
