My migraines are pretty much every day...it's just the severity that changes. Nothing really to log. They range from mild to full blown, but usually the worst just last a day or so. I always wake up with a headache, and it's just a matter of seeing if it gets better or gets worse. I can tell the difference between the migraine type headache and a regular type headache. Getting rid of coffee helped with both, but the migraines persist.
I'll start taking magnesium malate and kudzu and see if that helps. A couple of questions, though. How much should I take? I live in the area of this health food store, and can pick up these:
