Hello, Everyone!
This is my first post at curezone, although I've been reading posts off and on for probably a couple of years or so. My new problem...migraines. My old problem...allergies. To cure myself of allergies, I vastly improved my diet according to some common guidelines on this site, including giving up coffee after 20 years of drinking it. I only drink water, fruit juice, and some herbal tea...mostly peppermint. I started exercising again after a layoff of many years (I used to be fairly athletic, and I'm still slim). I've done one liver flush, and plan to do more. I found that I had a huge candida problem, which I'm still battling, although I've made at least some progress. At first I thought I found the root of the problem with the candida, but I know now it's a problem of toxin buildup...whatever the toxins are. I suspect the main culprit, other than candida, is mercury poisoning, based on everything that I've read. It really explains a lot. I had hepatitis when I was 5 yrs old, and have had weak teeth all of my life...meaning lots of
Amalgam fillings. In the military, I was eligible for worldwide deployment, so lots of vaccinations.
Making the above changes has done wonders for my allergies, but I get migraines all of the time, which make me nauseous. They range from not feeling well for a day to a full-blown, 3-day, puke my guts out fun time. I did not use to get migraines, now the threat is always there, and I rarely feel well. I take Petadolex (butterbur supposedly with the toxins removed) some days which gives me some relief (usually just one softgel, sometimes two). I've tried to detox using chlorella and algin, taking it easy with not much of a dosage, but it makes my migraines worse or starts one. I need to take the stuff to get rid of the mercury, but if I take it, I'm sick and can't get anything done. Oh yeah, I *believe* I've had all of the
Amalgam removed from my mouth...now just composite and caps, done over a period of years.
I know this is a long post, but I wanted to try to give sufficient background.
I would appreciate any advice anyone can give.
