I cringe when I see this sort of cleanse that focuses on 'quick' results at the expense of common sense. This cleanse is directing you to take 20 teaspoons of psylium a day!!!...that is way to much fiber and far too much water....as Petra said it is liable to act like a concrete block in your GI tract! Most sensible cleanses call for about 5 teaspoons of psyllium a day...and that's working up to it gradually. It took years to accumulate the build-up of toxins and plaque in your pipes...it takes TIME to eliminate it! Slow and steady is almost always the best course to take when it comes to cleansing...much more comfortable and effective.
