I tried doing gall bladder cleanses twice and got no results. Then I read that one should do the
Bowel Cleanse first. So today is my first day and I could use some encouragement.
This is what I'm doing - and I don't remember where I got it from, I've visited so many cleansing websites:

The Method is to take a "dose" (described below) 5 (five) times a day for 3 days.
These doses to be taken 1½ (one and a half) hours apart and 1½ hours away from meals. Eat as little as is necessary. Do not take any dietary supplements on the three days.
The Dose is made up as follows. ·
· Pour 3 Tbsp of the aloe vera juice into a pint jar
· Add ½ cup of pure water or juice.
· Add 4 level teaspoons of psyllium husk
· Add 2 level teaspoons of
Bentonite clay
· Add 1 level teaspoon of crushed flax seeds
· Add 1 level teaspoon of vitamin powder
Mix and/or shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds add water to make the mix drinkable. Drink immediately or the mix will become thicker. Follow immediately with ½ pint of pure water.
Every half hour between doses drink four swallows of pure water.
Every evening drink at least one cup of green or senna tea.
After you have completed the three days resume your normal routine of diet and supplementation. You may take the dose first thing in the morning and last thing at night until your normal healthy bowel function returns.
For the next five evenings/afternoons drink green or senna tea.
For the next 10 days take 3 capsules of Acidophillus mixture with water.

So I've been doing this today, and the shake tastes awful. And I'm very hungry. Having had no direction on what I was allowed to eat, I've eaten 2 poached eggs with olive oil, a vegetable soup, and brown rice with olive oil and soy sauce.
I'm dreading having to do this for two more days, much less for the ... SIX MONTHS??? ... that I see in some places. Yet I really do want results, because I'm tired of the mild but increasingly annoying symptoms. Besides, I want to get on with my gall bladder cleanse but don't feel it makes sense to until the
Colon Cleanse is successful.
So... any ideas for me? I'm thinking that if I do a lot more fruit and make the shake with fruit juice (what kind?) then it might be more palatable.
Thanks for your ideas!
