So very sick today

I woke up at 4:15 this morning very sick to my stomach still am.
I have been on the P&B since last week and parasite cleanse for 4 days yesterday.
I felt constipated or just like I needed to get things out of me I went after giving myself an enema.
It was pretty loose no firmness dark brown and stringing what was in bottom of toilet.
Anyway I found absolutly forsure a couple flukes and a worm about 1 inch with a black head and a then red glob same color as fluke but different shape and bigger.
Oh I feel sick I am tryig to look for the pictures again because I seen all three of these yesterday.
