just passed my first ropes

i can't believe it i've been waiting for this for ages,i started taking psyllium husks 5months ago i added Bentonite and took p/b shakes for 2 months,waiting to see some ropes(but nothing)then 10 days ago i stopped the Bentonite and started taking holisic horizons formula,today i have been really passing loads of gas, just been to the toilet and there they were at first it just looked like rabbit droppings but i had a fish around and they were all joined together,amazing it wasn't hard rubber more like plastercine,i couldn't stop looking at it, my husband asked me what i'd been doing,i didn't tell him LOL.i knew i must have this stuff inside me and i'm really excited now its coming out,i had to share it with you.LOL. jeanette
