i can't believe it i've been waiting for this for ages,i started taking psyllium husks 5months ago i added Bentonite and took p/b shakes for 2 months,waiting to see some ropes(but nothing)then 10 days ago i stopped the Bentonite and started taking holisic horizons formula,today i have been really passing loads of gas, just been to the toilet and there they were at first it just looked like rabbit droppings but i had a fish around and they were all joined together,amazing it wasn't hard rubber more like plastercine,i couldn't stop looking at it, my husband asked me what i'd been doing,i didn't tell him LOL.i knew i must have this stuff inside me and i'm really excited now its coming out,i had to share it with you.LOL. jeanette- Re: just passed my first ropes Tracey

This is a reply to # 131,581I saw ropes in the images site, why are they like this? Is it coming from a particular part of the intestines? large or small? I so far just passed pieces, but today passed a rope.

This is a reply to # 131,594Hi Cranky...yes, they are bizarre aren't they? (the ropes) I have heard that the different swirls and indentations will identify which part of the big or small intestine they come from. Also the shape. When I first began passing the mucoid plaque ropes in November I passed big disc/rope/disc shaped ones...now I'm onto stranger small shapes (one looked like a small delicate branch with many smaller branches off it - crazy looking!) So, it really is quite something! I hope you keep passing more!

This is a reply to # 131,581I don't think they were ropes, but it was definately m.plaque! I had been taking the p&b for maybe 2-3 weeks, but only once a day. About 2 weeks ago I upped it to 2-sometimes 3 times a day. the last 2 days I was feeling really gassy in my stomach. It was really bothering me, so I didn't take any p&b yesterday cuz I thought it was from too much fiber. And last night I did it! They were small, smooth (kinda creamy looking) fecal pieces, some strung together with mucous-like stuff. I was so happy! We're waiting for my husband now! How long does this go on? Do you know you're finished when you're not passing anymore? How do you maintain? With the p&b?
