I breathe more deeply everyday now b/c it increases lung capacity. Btw, lung capacity is the greatest marker for longevity, the more you have, the longer you'll live. My heart rate went down quite a bit. It only takes me 12 minutes, more or less, to work out. It also stimulates the pineal gland to release growth hormone (HGH.)It's the best workout ever!
