I don't think anyone here knows for sure who has the power to subpeona records. The question is who with the power is NOT taking action because they don't have the integrity to do their duty of defending the Constitution. Congress for starters, possibly the Supremes for denying the cases...

At the very least, Congress and the courts have the power to issue a "subpoena duces tecum" to force Obama to produce documents for use at a hearing or trial. Obama will face serious criminal charges if he is found to be ineligible - election fraud for starters, possibly treason. Of course that won't happen. Obviously obama can not claim ignorance as he was a Constitutional law professor.

The fact that most of Obama's life records are missing or not revealed, that Obama refuses to comply with informal requests to produce records, and the whole system is allowing this blatant insult to the constitution is foretelling a very bad future for this country.

If the powers that be wanted this issue resolved, it would have been resolved long ago. The fact that it is not resolved means the powers that be WANT this to happen. The only question is - WHY? They either want Obama as president and know that it won't be tested, or they are using the event for an agenda - to distract or instill fear in the citizenry or nullify the Constitution or keep Bush in office or place Biden in office.

Only one thing is certain - whatever happens will be the intended result.
