thanks!

Thank you all for you help and support! I have been doing a Colon Cleanse for about a month, but I am going slowly. Maybe too slow, but I may step it up soon. Even though I am only drinking 2 or 3 shakes a day, I am still getting plaque out. I had some problems with queasiness and abdominal pain initially, and now that I am crying some, I may just stay here a little longer. I think I will do better with slow and steady than faster and more drastic. At least that is how I feel now. I haven't been weep today so I think that is good. After posting this message last night, I read where somebody used to become really emotional right before they passed a large piece of plaque. Today I passed the largest thing for me. It was a 6 inch long rope with little things attached to it. So far I have passed pebble and small rock sized things. And mucus. And a little black moldy looking stuff. Petree, if you read this, I saw a little more red stuff once, but none since then. Over a week ago. I don't think it was anything to worry about. Probably some old bubble gum or something :)

Once, again, thank you EVERYONE for all of the help and support you have given me!

Grits
