My midsection is always the hardest part for me to lose also. Especially after having kids, which caused the skin of my lower belly to remain stretched out. The weight you typically lose first is wherever it accumulated last, and the face is usually one of the last places to gain weight. I have always had a chubby chin, I have to get rid of virtually all of my excess fat for it to go away.
It's hard for me to eat less calories too. Even though I eat mostly healthy foods I still eat a lot. I don't want to force myself to eat less though, so hopefully I will naturally crave less as I drop more weight. Part of the reason I want to stick with an exercise routine is because I want to have the freedom to eat as much as I want.
