Do you remember the day "walking" became exercise? lol We use to walk just for fun and now when we walk we talk about all of our aches and pains. lol I feel like I'm getting old.
I did notice that my backside is getting smaller. For me the last thing to go is my mid-section. I need to do more situps! Hopefully I can start to add more exercises to have a more rounded workout.
