I'm thinking of Water Fasting and then eating lowcarb on the "eat" days. I'm already doing LC and feel great. I love being in ketosis! But I'd like to see a little quicker loss. If I can get a good 20 off by March of next year, my hubby said I can have as much of our tax refund money as I want for a new wardrobe! He is an incredibly supportive husband and this was not his idea...it was mine. In 18 years of marriage, he's not said one negative word about my body, in fact quite the opposite! **I'm** just the one tired of being 20-30 lbs overweight. I've talked about it long enough, time to take action! I've already lost about 6-7, but it's taken me a month to do it. I'm hoping that cycling fasting with lowcarb will give the quicker results I desire.
