IP6, before and after! Also get a rubber dam

remember to take some IP6 immediately before the procedure. then immeditely after swish w/ IP6 and spit, repeat, then ingest some. this helped me a lot.

if no IP6 use bentonnite clay.

is your dentist using a rubber dam? if not be sure to ask for one. it really critical. it prevents you from inhaling the mercury particles and/or gas during the procedure. just make sure you can breath thru your nose before going in, makes things lots easier. Tweet
