To be clear. My claim is the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement donates oxygen, period.

Oxidizer can be defined as anything that transfers oxygen. Hypochlorite in its active form is illegal to transport as a gas, is used in shuttles solid Rocket propellant because the oxygen is so extremely reactive.
