Oh, thank you. I've been on some other forums on CureZone, but really don't know my way around, or what all the symbols are. I noticed an R by one of my posts above, and at first I thought, "Oh, no! I've been restricted!" :-)

I've been interested in natural health for years, but the PH balance is something I haven't tried, and I feel it's absolutely necessary. I was thrilled to find this forum, and that I've been given an opportunity to learn and put in practice what all of you are doing. I guess this means I won't be making my annual double batch of marshmallow creme fudge this Christmas. Sigh.....

Maybe I could make it with buttermilk and honey?
