I had a friend who liked to keep his body fat at 5%, but he used to suffer from quite a few unusual sports injuries, so if you do decide to fast I would be a bit careful if I were you. But hey, if you are smart enough to know your body fat, I guess you are probably aware of all this and what the recommended percentages are, so sorry if I am saying things you already know, I hope you didn't mind me commenting.
It's good to see someone that wants to
Water Fast for spiritual reasons. If you do it, it would be interesting to know if you get any insights.
If you decide to fast, I think do it on a daily basis, see how you get on. 10 days is a sensible period to aim for, if other things are OK. I don't know much about the teeth, sorry, but I am sure someone else will.
