Re: MS question to "refreshed"

For me personally, it seemed to be a greater than normal need for magnesium in addition to the rest of the protocol. Doing everything that you have been doing and you may want to try adding more epsom salt to your bath and also make sure you are adding a pinch of epsom salt to your water with your meals.

I also did well with juicing dark leafy greens which had alot of extra magnesium. Of course it is best to use the highest quality high brix you can find. Avoid at all cost if it tests poor with a refractometer. It will only make you worse.

I'm assuming you are doing mild walking? Do you stretch first? When your muscles are too tight, it pulls your whole body out of alignment and you will slowly wear certain parts out quicker. (like knees and feet)

It will take time for your body to slowly get the excess acids out and build more alkaline minerals (the drink). If you will give your body a rest during the night from over loading it with proteins it will let your lymph system have a chance to clear out better. The lymph system flows all around your muscles and bathes them in fluids. Some places seem to attract more acid than other places. Where ever you have aches and pains, you have too much acid there.

I can't stress getting enough magnesium but you need to be patient and not take too much (like with supplements) because it can cause imbalances. See how the drink works for you and give it some time for the body to adjust to it before adding too many changes at once.

Keep telling yourself, it's not MS, it's too much acid and not enough alkaline minerals, you will be surprised how much more mindful you will be about what you do and what you eat.

Hope that helps for now. :)
