tomorrow I will start the ML drinks in addition to the baths.
I wonder if You have some advice for me?
So far I took baths about 5 times a week,
one quart Hydrogen Peroxide, and two cups (1 pound) of Epsom Salt.
Make my soup every day (almost) and drink buttermilk with good honey.
I have all ingredients for the drink and will do it as in the BSA post from moreless.
I will go on as I feel I should, but maybe You have some specific advice?
My main problem is the walking. Cannot walk any longer distance. (meaning longer than 2 blocks)
