Good question. I was doing flushes before Clark and Moritz came out with theirs. It's not as compicated or as delicate as they say they are.

At one time I was doing liver flushes every day. Did that from Dec 98 to Feb 99. I got the idea from Schulze. When he gets a patient right from the hospital he has them start flushing the first day out and continues for five straight days. So I started Dec 14th and went for the next two months daily. At the time I was passing the lymphatic debris from 27 years of a serious parasite investation. It worked - I'm still here...

Now, with the variety of flushes available go with the one that works best for you. Mix and match if you have to. The important thing is to GET THE LIVER BACK ON LINE... You won't get healthy if you don't.

Of course most folks aren't as sick as I was so they do their first flush on day 14 after starting the antiparsite protocol. Then every two weeks seems to be sufficient. You can go at one week or even daily if you have to with the coke flush.
I really don't know about the Clark flush or Moritz flush.
