How far apart one does the flushes needs some clarification. The indication for needing another flush is RECONGESTION OF THE LIVER. That's that lump at the bottom of your liver that is causing pain, anxiety, tiredness and depression. When you feel this, then it's time to flush that gallbladder and liver again. This is different for different people. It all depends on how far down your health is and how much junk you have accumulated in your gallbladder and especially your liver. If your liver is in terrible shape with lots of bugs and stones, then I, for one, found out I had to do the flushes on the average of 2 a week. My liver did not decongest in the beginning. I had to do several of the Coke Flushes before I had even a few minutes of relief. These are the people who are in bad shape and have to start with the liver flushes. Otherwise, the order of cleansing is: colon, liver, blood, lymph and tissues. I did do some of the colon cleansing at the same time I started the liver flushes, but for the "terminal" person, it has to be the liver that gets the attention first. The liver will release stones and debris when it is ready to. The junk is packed in there real tight. It won't release the junk until it is ready to, so doing a bunch of flushes very close together isn't necessarily going to shorten the process up for anyone. The indicator for doing another flush is that bunch at the bottom of your right ribcage screaming to come out!!! Hope my experience can help here.
