Not a question for me, but I'll jump in anyway

Forum owners can do pretty much as they like on their own forums.  Other forums have traditionally been free of anything that would curtail anyone's freedom of expression, unlesss of course, they become personally offensive towards others.  To limit the quality or the length of any poster's input would seem to run contrary to how Curezone has been run...thus far anyway...  For some people, reaching out and talking to others on the WWW is a much needed part of their healing.

These days - anything goes on debate forums, but support forums are also pretty free, except for the slamming, spamming thingy.
