A 'blockage' only means that the quantity of material released is considerable and takes time to make its way through the colon....it eventually passes, and will do so quicker if you use an enema or colonic. If everything is flowing fine and then you suddenly experience constipation...that's probably what has happened. No, you don't need surgery to remove it and it causes no damage...although you may possibly feel worse because the toxins are not being eliminated as rapidly. Water...in both ends LOL...and a little time will have everything flowing again. Whenever this happens you should also cut back on the shakes.
