It was a long time ago, but I believe I was on it for about 2 months before I started passing the ol' gunk...but once it started it just kept coming and coming. Since you did the p&b for 2 months already you might get results quicker. Holistic Horizons doesn't include bentonite, but you could add it to the mix and see if you get faster results. I plan on doing this myself in the Spring. Tweet
