I have to agree that the problem is likely poor circulation. It has been a problem for me as well. I have had to wear socks to bed at night for who knows how long. For me the answer was to improve my iron levels. You may want to have your ferritin levels tested by your doctor. I just added a supplement since I'm female, and have had iron deficiency in the past. I was able to whip off my socks in a couple of days.

The suggestions mentioned above are also very helpful for circulation issues.

Another overlooked point for circulation is your electrolyte balance. Sodium, potassium, and chloride. A little Celtic Sea Salt mixed with pure water will be helpful there.
