Re: Cold Feet @ Night. Why!??!
Dear Cold feet,
Your cold feet can become "warm" again.
Suggestion from a naturopath:
Problem is lack of proper circulation.
Usually blood is thick in persons with this syndrome.
I suggest you use a variety of ways to permanently correct
the issue.
(1) Use supplements as lecithin daily
Note: may cause excessive blood thining ( be aware of this after time)
(2) Use : 20 - 50 mg of Niacin daily lower dose as you progress along
your recovery, yet maintain the usage.
Note: Niacin may cause severe "flushing" - a heat sensation !
disipates after 20 min or so. Open a window in case of
a breathing difficulty from over dose. (oxygen is the key)
(3) Use magnesium supplementation along with a "B" complex (50mg)
magnesium citrate is good for this. Other types may work but
willnot advise.
(4) If you choose not to use any of the above for whatever reason
use "hotsauce" as in "texas pete" hot sauce available at a grocer.
the hotter the better ! or buy in powder form and take with water.
(must get used to it)-use caution in application by mouth, have
water to drink as needed beforehand.
(5) The reason the hot bath or hotshower helps is because it will
allow your blood to circulate faster.
As mentioned the reason is "thick blood and" such is the basic
cause.
Note: Birds in the wild do not have this problem ( not a joke )
Reason: They will bleed to death often from a cut or bruise.
Simply said the blood must circulate rapidly and a bird lacks
much Vitamin K.
If ever your blood becomes too thin - improve it again with
lots of alfalfa and vitamin K1 and Vitamin K ( fat soluable )
