Re: Questions about recent experience w/ alpha-lipoic acid

Read ALL supplements...I hadn't realized that one of the liver detox supplements the ND had me taking quite a few of...also had ALA in them. I normally don't get headaches, and every day, I was feeling a slight headache. It immediately stopped when I set them aside. Now I have 2 full, unopened bottles of them...but no, I am not going to take them because of the ALA.
